Dirt Candy is one of the hottest spots for vegetarians in NYC. Amanda Cohen is the chef and owner of Dirt Candy and she is known for her creative vegetarian dishes such as KOREAN FRIED BROCCOLI and BRUSSELS SPROUT TACOS (menu). It is also fun to experience how she brings out Asian flavors in western food. Dirt Candy has become popular not only for vegetarians but also carnivores.

Because I went there for brunch, I didn’t get to try its signature dishes that are only served during dinner. I would love to come for dinner and try out all the fresh and creative vegetarian menu. I would totally recommend for those who love vegetables and creative fusion. I think I can be a vegetarian if all the other vegetarian restaurants serve with this quality.
