3g oolong loose tea leaves (tieguanyin, any taiwanese oolong works. if you don't have oolong add your favorite tea! green tea or any black tea will go well with lemon!)
7T ~ 10T Lemon Syrup
2 Cups Water (1000ml)
100g lemon slices from the lemon tea essence

frozen mix fruit
Instructions
In a big bottle put 3g of loose tea leaves and 100g of the sliced lemons
Add 2 Cups of water (lukewarm or cold)
Add 7T - 10T lemon tea syrup (depending on how sweet you want, you should adjust the amount)
Mix it well with the spoon and store it in the fridge overnight
pour into a champagne or wine glass and add a few frozen mix fruits instead of ices
Serve it cold!
